Didn't like the service at all pay extra to get my tires wipe and shine. My car was still dirty, was not properly wiped the extra water off water was, dripping from my car and it was cold that day so had icicles all around my car... I pay for extra service for what I had to get out and wipe my own car down..

New to the neighborhood from NY. Came here late for detailing on my wife car. Meet CJ the manager. He went above and behold to make sure my car was detailed and he was sooooo nice and sincerely happy about providing the service.
I don't write many reviews but I had to make an exception. Belmont Carwash is the best place to go when you want your vehicle thoroughly cleaned correctly the first time. But the main reason I decided to write this review is because of the awesome manager, Charles H. Jones, also known as "CJ." As times have changed and not much emphasis has been placed on customer service, CJ is a breath of fresh air. He reminds you of what passion for excellence and customer satisfaction is all about. Every time my wife and I visit, he does everything humanly possible to make sure our experience is the best and consistently exceeds our expectations. CJ is a fellow brethren...a veteran himself of our armed forces and always thanks us for our service! Next time you're visiting, please make an effort to thank him for his service. Belmont Carwash is plugged into the community, hosting various community functions. and always recognise Veterans for their service on Veterans Day! The facilities are clean and always fully stocked with coffee, popcorn, and complimentary bottled water. They always do an excellent job on our vehicles. I will never go anywhere else.
